Griffiths, President of the Asoeiation occupied the chair. . The meeting' first decided by 31 ■rotes.to IS, after a brief discussion, that the New Zealand championships be held at the same time and place as the Davi s Cup contest. Mr W. Gross (Canterbury) moved itat the Australasian Association be recommended to fix Christehurch as the place at which the Davis Cup for 19.11 should be played. Mr W. J. Organ' (Wellington) moved an amendment in favour of Wellington. There was no discussion on either motion or amendment, the delegates apparently being satisfied that all the possible arguments had already been, advanced. The amendment was rejected a.ndi tb© motion carried! by 34 votes to 15.

The following committee was appointed, to make the arrangements or the contest: Messrs E. J. Ross (cozener). R. D. Barman, .A. F. Wright, 0. T, Ashman, E. ,T Taylor W Goss, P. H. Cox, -C-. J, W. Griffiths, and as ex-officio members, the presidents of the New Zealand Association, and of •he Wellington, Canterbury, Auckland and O'ta-go Associations.

Mr Organ congratulated Canterbury o n the result of the voting, and said the Wellington Association-would-do its best to make the tournament a success.
