A SERMON IN" LONDON. LONDON, Monday. Delivering a sermon in Welsh at a Welsh Baptist Chapel in London, Mr Lloyd George said the Labour Party was making a mistaike in believing it possible to win reforms through the people who suffer alone. Reforms were impossible without the leadership of men who gain nothing thereby. This selfsacrifice proved the all importance of intanpreting politics by the light of religion. If the Christian Church were destroyed there would be nothing to protect the people firom the forces of despotism, cruelty, and self-seeking. v
