Mrs Travers died in 1893, and' as none of her family would assist the child she had to go .into domestic service. Subsequently the cirl married. Her mother, it appeared, became interested; in a surni of money left under _ a will. In the course of proceedings inquiries were made, but no information about the missing couple could be obtained. The only child now asked leave to presume the death of her parents as having occurred in or since November, 1884. His lordship granted the application to presume the couple's death as from the time of their disappearance.
