OBSERVANCE AT MALTA. (Ji-eceivc'd June 23. 10.40 a.m.) MALTA, Thursday. The Coronation, festivities opened with a general holiday and 22 civic bands participated in -he triumphal ma.rch. General Sir Leslie Rundle, the Governor, and 1 a"l' authorities attended -a thanksgiving service in- the Cathedral, and 21 truns were fired at noon.
