'The Racing Commissioners' report, says a Press Association- telegram, has reduced .the days of racing allotted 1o the clubs' by 43 days, and trottiing by 11 a s ' compared with last year's allotment. Nelson has been granted a permit to use tho tolalisator on two dlays for flat racing as before, and the permit for the trolling is retained. Eeefton and AVestland have each been reduced by one day.
