Many houses ar.> flooded, a.nd the- only meiuns of transit is by vehicle and boats. RIVERS NOW FALLING. 810 AREAS STILL UNDER WATER. (Received 10.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE. Fridaly. Latest reports from the flooded districts show that- the rivers are now falling; bub big areas are still undo water, widespread damage having been ■done.
