An Italian limber getter named Moffatti was found wandering in the bush in a demented condition. He stated that he had killed two companions—a fel_ low countryman named 'Vauui, and a German wlios name is unknown. A visit to the man's camp discovered Vanni and the German dead with terrible wounds, apparently made with an axe. Moffatti was very violent and he ha°. been arrested.
