THE RIDDIFORD ESTATE
A LARGE FREEHOLD. (United Press Association.) WELLINGTON". Mondya. The estate of the late Mr E. J. Riddiford has been valued for probate at £300,000. The large landed interest of the deceased is covered by a deed of partnership with the sons, executed in 1907. Under this deed stamp duty amounting to £12.2-38 was paid. Deceased's interest reverts to the surviving partners, and the three sons, Messrs Edward, David, and Eric Riddiford, now* control the 92.420 acres under the partnership deed, and of this 69,9-5-4 are freehold.
