NELSON REGATTA.
ON ANNIVERSARY DAY.
Nelsonians are promised something qu?t-3 out of the ordinary in connection with the forthcoming regatta on Anniversary Day. Besides the numerous rcwing races, which, as a number of outPide ciubs are competing, should be ci.ough in tiiemselves to ensure a large attendance, there will be provided a diversity of incidental attractions which will undoubtedly sustain interest from beginning to end. Extensive preparations have been made to provide for the comfort of spectators at the wharf, and given a fine day, it should be no difficulty for many, hundreds of people to put in an enjoyable time at the waterside.
