BOMBAY, Tuesday.
Sarvarkar, captured on French soil from Franco for sedition, is now charged with aiding in, the murder -of Mr. Jackson, (magistrate at Nasik, on December 2nd, 10. The prosecution .states that he sent 50 Browning pistols through a cook employed at India House by means •of a, box with a false bottom, -evading Customs. D~ne of the pistols was given io Mr. Jackson's murderer.
