SYDNEY, Tuesday.
Judge Rosby, the English Condominium' judge at the New Hebrides, is now "visiting' Sydney. He states that the Court ie not yet in thorough working order. The judges have been engaged; in compiling the rules of procedure, -and these have just been completed, and will be a contribution df importance in the domain of comiparatiye law.
'Owing to his judicial position he was nnable to say anything regarding the recent Statements by missionaries.
