Mr. Wade, ex-Premier of New South Wales, says he found everybody in, New Zealand in good heart and with more than ever unbounded confidence in "God's own country." New Zealand afforded the strongest argument that advanced democratic legislation could be carried out in a» State where a Liberal Government is in control, and when Labour has not succeeded in achieving representation by more than one member in the Lower House.
