Motueka Wharf. 27th July, 1910. — OTICE is hereby given—(l.) THAT at POLL be taken of the ratepayers in the Motueka Harbour District to raise a Special Loan under the Motueka ±iarbour Board Act, 1905, The Harbours Act, 1908, and Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908, and Amendments thereof, for the purpose of forming a Harbour at or near the entrance to the Moutere Lagoon, erecting the necessary wharves, walls, sheds and roads, and doing such other things for the use and enjoyment of the same. (2.) The sum to b'e borrowed is £20,000 repayable at the end of 42£ years. (3.) The security proposed for the Special Loan js a special rate of One in the £ upon the rateable value of the property within the Motueka Harbour District. It is proposed to provide a Sinking Fund of £3OO per annum for the repayment of the said loan.
