GISBORNE. This Day. The Poverty Bay "Herald" to-day received advice from London that Mr *Lysnar, Mayor of Gisborne, has finally concluded arrangements, through Birch, Chrisp, and Co., tor a loan "to the borough of Gisborne of £175,000 at 4 per cent at par.
