The Government has decided to place tire reorganisation of the army in the haudg of foreigners. Seven Frenchmen will join the Ministry of Finance, and four Italians and two Swiss wili reorganise the gendarmerie and advise provincial Governors. Two Egyptians (Mussulmans) will codify tiie law. on the basis of the Egyptian laws.
