DEVELOPMENTS IN TURKEY. Press Association.—Copyright. (Received August 16. 9.0 a.m.) LONDON, Monday. It is reported that the Customs revenues of Turkey are offered as security for a £6,000,000 loan , to be raised in Paris in October. Interest will be 4 per cent., and the loan will be offered at 88£.
