CARRYING A REVOLVER.

A WOMAN'S STRANGE BEHAVIOUR. [United Press Association.] WELLINGTON. Monday. To-day, just before the Supreme Court commenced, a woman named Valentino Moiser, who is to undergo trial on account of cruelty to a child, was relieved of a revolver. She was observer by Detectives Kemp and Hammond in front of the Supreme Court building acting in an unusual manner. Hearing that she had a revolver concealed in her muff, they persuaded her to come inside into the witnesses' room, where they took from her an unloaded revolver, and a small bottle of whisky. The woman had no ammunition in her possession. She was afterwards taken into custody for drunkenness.
