A distressing accident attended with fatal results occurred at Messrs Bowron Bros.' tannery at Woolston this mornsing. An employee named Frederick Jensen, 24 years of age,' went up a ladder to put some belting ' on a wheel, when he was caught in the shafting and , whirled round, being picked lip uncon- ? scious with terrible injuries to his head.
