'{Received Sept. 20, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, .Sunday. The New Zealand and Australian Land Company has declared a dividend of 7 per cent, and a bonus of 5 per cent., and carried £185,000 to the reserve. The directors propose to increase the. ordinary stock to £1,000,000 by capitalisation or a reserve fund. Rabbits have brisk, demand at about 6d advance. Hares have good trade, Sydney selling at 2a 9d to 3s. At the hides sale a few offered were sold at about %th advance. Basils declined %d. First Wellingtons, 16d to 16% d. Sheep: Canterbury light and medium, 3&d; heavy, 3%d; Southland, none offering; North Island, 3 5-lCd; light, 3 11-16 d; medium, 3 5-16 d; best brands, 3%d; lambs, Canterbury heavy, 3%d; Southland, 3 15-16 d; North Island, 3%d; selected brands, 3 . 5-16 d.' Beef: Fores 2 11-16 d; hinds, 3%d; Australian sheep, heavy 2%d; light, 3d; lambs are unchanged. Beef: Fqres, 2%d; hinds, 3%d. River Plate sheep, heavy and light, 3d; lambs, 3d. Beef: Fores, 2 11-16 d; hinds, 3 3-10 d. Hemp is firm. October-December shipments £26. Copra is firm, with good demand for South Sea for the Continent. For August-September shipments, £20 ss. <3opper on spot is at .-ESB 18s 9d, and. at three months £59 15s; electrolytic, £60. Tin on spot is at £138 2s 6d, and at three months £139 2s Cd. Lead is £12 6s 3d. Shares: Waihi, buyers, £9 6g 2d; sellers £9 8s 9d, ex dividend; Junction, buyers 50a, sellers 51s 3d.
