I AN INCREASE GRANTED. (Press Association.— Copsbiqht.) PETERSBURG, Friday. The Duma, when asked to vote £51,400 000 for the army, being an increase of £4,400,000, received tho announcement with cheers. It i-s announced that the Russian Slav societies will shortly meet to discuss how to combat the menace of Germanism.
