Geary, divider; Messrs J. Hodge, J. Arnott, T. B. Funrniss, compositors; and T. Hall, bookbinder! Mr Harold Beauchamp han been reelected as chairman of directors of tho Bank of New Zealand. Mr Young, S.M.. Is transferred to Queenstown, and that Mr Evans, S.M., is to go from tho latter place to Nelson. FEILDING, Friday. Both the local and country laud ownors are strongly objecting t 0 the incroaso in the valuations. It i-. «!:ated that the increases range up to 75 per cent.
