IN THE HOKITIKA RIVER.
[Uniimj Pbess Assocution.] HOKITIKA, Tuesday. The body of a man named W. J. Duggan, aged 75, a resident of the Kanierl aistuct, was discovered at Ihe bottom of the Hokilika river, near the transit sjied, this morning. Evidently it,was a case of sufcide as a heavy window weight was attached^ to the body. Toe deceased complained yesterday Oi severe pains, and spoke of ending Ilia Roubles. IJe had recently been discharged from the Hospital.
