Sir,— Could any of your readers obUge by informing myself and fellow-electors concerning the programme oi th« "Moderate" Party" who are seeking election to the Licensing Branch! Are they coming out on the 10 o'clock or 11 o'clock ticket At tho recent- Licensing Poll the license- holders, etc., promised 10. cO p.m. closing, but as there is no prcie'on in the existing Act for such time of closing, along with many others I would be glad to receive the information.! The "Temperance" porty ba» ckarty ami briefly defined the planks of its platform, but we wait a reply to the above before the average amongst us decise as to tho most suitable candidates to Te-t-urn.
