AUSTRIA AND SERVIA.
LONDON, Wednesday.
The "Times' " Vienna correspondent says that Austria's standpoint requires Servia to explicitly recognise that she has no insistence, or any right to make claim's in connection with the annexation. Servia must humbly beg somo economic favours, the granting of which will not be an international affair. '
Other sonrcea indicate that Austria is determined to deal with Servia direct, in order to prevent a conference becoming au fait accompli.
