f AN EFFECT OF NO-LICENSE. [United Peess Association.] GORE, Friday. A comparative table published in , to-day's "Ensign" shows a diminution of the total number of charges coining * before the Magistate at Gore, the ' centre of the No-Jiccuso district of M&taura. For 190S, compared with 1907, offences where drink is concerned show a marked decrease, tho figures being 68 and 47 respectively.
