AN ORDER BY THE ARCHBISHOP OF CANTERBURY. [Peess Association.— CopiriqhtJ (Received Feb. 10, 9.40 a.m.) LONDON, Tuesday. The Archbishop of Canterbury bns ordered the Vicar of Charing, in Kent, not to refuse communion to a married couple on tho ground that the woman had innocently divorced her husband.
