POIXING FOR WAIMEA COUNTY REPRESENTATIVES. The polling in connection with the election of three members to represent the Waimea County district on the :»elson Harbour Board took place yesterday. Four candidates wree nominated vi2., Messrs W. N. Franklyn and W Cbleman (old members), and Messrs E S. Hoult and F. W.
