THE CHAKGE AGAINST DR. -GOODE. [United Press Association.] NEW PLYMOUTH, Thursday. . The charge against Dr. Goode of murdering Mrs Klenner, "at tho Wadtara, was continued to-day. The medical evidenco waa that the woman died from tho Tesult of bullet wounds, aad tho bullo'tar extracted wero produced. A gunsmith x stated the bullets were such as would be fired from the pistol found in the accused's surgery^ and marks on them correspond with tho peculiar rifling of the weapon.
