LONDON, Saturday. , Arcbishop Carr, of Melbourne, in an interview, said he was much impressed by the Eucharistic Congress, and greatly surprised at Mr Asquith's belated prohibition of the procession, though at first he was inclined to think it would have beon well if the procession in the streets had been arranged on the lines finally taken. The Archbishop attended the Galway exhibition of products and manufactures. Ho remains in Ireland until the end of the year.
