THE PORTE & BULGARIA.
(PnES3 Association. — Copxbiqht.) LONDON, Saturday. The Porte has appealed to the Powers to compel Bulgaria to restore tho railway, which was seized with the object of depriving Turkey of its share of royalties. Bulgaria proposes to purchase the Bulgarian section.
