MORE NUMEROUS THAN LAST YEAH, (Press Association. — Coptbiqht.) (Received Sept. 26, 8.55 a.m.) LONDON, Friday. Colonel Seeley, Under Secretary for the Colonies, speaking at Chesterfield, admitted that unemployment was now nearly 9 per cent., compared with 4 per cent, for the corresponding period of 1907.
