As a result of the recent decision o the Federal High Court that the nei protection was ultra vires of the Con stitution, the Federal Labour Party ha resolved that st«ps should be teken t amend the Constitution, so as to era power the Commonwealth Parliamen to give effective protection to worker and consumers as to manufacturers.
