The Secretary to the Protestant Alliance, declares that if the Host' had been carried in the streets of London in "connection with tho Eucharistic Congress there would have been bloodshed. Colonel Fitzpatrick stated that a party of Orangemen had voted that the Host should never be returned to the Cathedral.
