WANGANUI V. RANGITIKEI.
MARTON, Saturday. The representative football match Wanganui v. Rangitikei, was played at Marton on Saturday, and resulted in a win for Rangitikei by two converted tries, to one converted try. The game was fairly even at times and very fast. The Rangitikei forwards played really well and obtained the ball more often, but the backs failed to make good use of their chances.
