A GOVERNOR ASSASSINATED. (Pebss Association.— Copxiuqhi.) VIENNA, Monday. Siezuski, a Lithuanian student of philosophy, shot and killed Count Potocki, Governor of Galicia, at Lemberg, while presenting a petition. He was arrested.
