A WELCOME AT SYDNEY. (Press Association. — Cortrjaai.) (Received 9.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, Tuesday. The Rugby League gave tho returning New Zealand footballers a reception in the Town Hall. Mr Wright, cap- ' tain, replying for the visitors, said they had learned many lessons during the tour. One was that the old amateur Rugby game was not the only game on ■the world.- He was 'sure the public would flock to see tha new League game. He "did not think there was a player in England who could kick goals like Messenger.
