At the_ Supreme Court this ''morning Mr Justice Denniston sentenced three persons, who had" pleaded guilty in the Lower Conrf to theft of bicycles, perjury, and forgery tyrd uttering, Ernest Vaughan, 18 years of- on three charges of forgery, to probation for two years on condition that he remain under the control of the Samaritan Home authorities for six months; 'Arthur Duffy, 24, years, on' eight charges of bieycli theft, was sentenced in all to three years ; James Albert Sheard, perjury in connection with affiliation ease, to three months' imprisonment.
