THE IEKBPBESSIBLE JELLICOE. (PBESS A33OCIATION.— COPXBIOHT.) LONDON, Saturday. Mr E. G. Jellicoe is -relinquishing his brief for Dinizulu, and returning to England. He complains of the dilatoriness of tho legal procedure, and accuses the Ministry ol interfering with justice. He declares that ho intends to do his utmost to persuade Lord Elgin to disallow the Indetnnty Act sanctioning tho martial law proceedings. .
