THE WORCESTER BY-ELECTION, (Received Feb. 10, 8.50 a.m.) LONDON, Sunday. - The vacancy in the- House of Commons for Worcester City, caused by the unseating of Mr G. H. Williamson (C.) 18 months ago, has been filled by Mr E. A. Goulding, Unionist Tariffite, who polled 4361 to Mr Elverston's (L.) M 69. (Mr E. A. Goulding was the unsuccessful Conservative candidate for Clerkenwell at the general election. He was M.P. for Devizes (Wilts.) from 1895 to 1906, and he is a barrister. At the general election, in the contest for Worcester City, Mr Williamson (C.) . polled 3881 to Mr Harken's (L.) 3752.)
