ONE PERSON KILLED AND 18 INJURED. [United Press Association. — CopsHiGm-.] LONDON, Wednesday. Owing to the failure of the brakes to act on aai incline, an electric trarncar overturned at Birmingham, killing a man, and injuring 18 others, four seriously.
