Austria and Russia have instructed (heir representatives at Belgrade, Sofia, and Athens that none of those countries shall obtain territorial advantage from the action of the bands who are in the habit of raiding Mecedonia. It is intended to secure the extinction of these bands, and the Porte's co-opera-tion in securing reform will be asked. Thid__i is the outcome of King Edward?wcent visit to the Continent.
