ANNUAL MEETING. [United Phess Association.] WELLINGTON, Monday. The annual meeting of the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association was held to-night, when the following officers were elected : Patron, His Excellency tho Governor; President, Dr. Leatham (Taranaki); Vice-Presidents, Messrs W. R. Holmes (Auckland), W. Goss (Canterbury), F. Logan (Hawke's Bay), C. J. Griffith (Marlborough), G. A. Macquarie (Nelson), Dr Home (Taranaki), Rev. Dean McKomi.i (Wellington), Dr McKay (West Coast) ; Delegate to Lawn Tennis Association, Mr H. Wilson 'Fox ; Vice-President to Australasian Lawn Tennis Association, Dr. Leatham ; delegates to Australaisan Association, Messrs V. H. Baxter and Redmond Barry; Management Committee, Messrs E.Denniston, 0. A. Hurley, F. Laishley, J. A. <B. Howe, J. Peacock, A. Young, and A. Hume; New Zealand Appeal Commif.tee, Messrs J. L. Freeman, H. M. Gore, E. M. Redward, A. Young, and J. S. Wilson; Auditor, Mr L. G. Mackay; Secretary and Treasurer. Mr G. N. Goldie. It was resolved to amend 'the rules to provido that no affiliated Association shall hold a championship, scratch, or handicap event unless the New Zealand Association has approved of the programme j relating thereto. Players taking part in any such events not authorised by the New Zealand Association will do so 'it their own risk. No affiliated Association is to placo championship, scratch, or handicap events en its programme unless such events are open to all affiliated Associations and Clubs of the English Lawn Tennis Association or other recognised Association.
