CONCESSIONS BY THE RIFLE ASSOCIATION. [United Pbess Association.] WELLINTOON, Monday. The Council of the New Zealand Rifle Association has decided to allow the use of the wind gauge at next annual meeting at Trentham. It has also been decided that the pulJ of the trigger be 51bs instead of 61bs. The new type of Bisley targets will be used at Trentham in future.
