"BLUEBELL IN FAIRYLAND." The Theatre was again packed last night, for the second production ot •■Bluebell in Fairyland" by Pollard s ; Juvenile Opera -Company. This is described as a satirical comedy, and one abounding in farcical situations. The scene is the Court of the Persian Bey— an amiable nobodv, the power behind the throne being the Caliph, The Russian ' Ambassador is ever intriguing, and his navy is constantly getting indignant over insults. His protests to the Bey lead to the frequent shooting of the diplomatic scapegoat, tho Secretary for War— but always with blank cartridge I —and the intrigues go on. An Amerii can heiress, in search of a husband with a title, flirts with the Russian Ambassador. The inevitable bomb-throwing insurgent appears on the scene, and is 1 aided in his revolutionary operations by the Russian diplomatist.
