LIQUOR AT A HOSPITAL "SOCIAL."
A CONVICTION AT GISBORNE. [United Press Association.] GISBORNE, Tuesday. In the case in connection with the sale of liquor at a Hospital social, the Magistrate recorded a conviction and a nominal fine of one shilling, stating that he was satisfied that the defendants acted thoughtlessly and without any intention of breaking the law.
