At a meeting of the Harbdtir Board to-day Mf Bullock tabled. a Jefcter show- j ing that & mctiiig of shipping company representatives had recomfntJnde'l that a reward of £10 be paid for the detection and conviction .of anyone pillaging" or broaching cargo, payment to be divided between the Harbour Board and shipping companies. Tht Board decided to lend assistance in the matter.
