DESTROYERS DAMAGED.
LONDON Friday. The destroyers Kestrel and Teviot collided in the Channel and the Kestrel waa nearly cut in two similar to the Quail. She was towed to Portsmouth. Eight destroyers have been damaged in a fortnight .
