CHARGE OF ARSON.
DUNEDIN. Friday. A man named Thomas Miller, who keeps a grocer's store in the city, was arrested to-day on a charge of wilfully setting fire to a' five-roomed dwelling owned by him, and tenanted by a man named Reid at North East Valley. The house, which was temporarily unoccupied at the time of the fire, was insured in the Royal Office for £225.
