[United Pbess Association.] WELLINGTON, Friday. At the annual meeting of the Licensed Victuallers' Association the following officers were elected :— President, Mr J. S. Palmer (Wanganui) ; vice-pre-sidents, Messrs Hale (Timaru), Burke (Christchurch), Devinc (Palmerston), ! Payne (Christchurch), McParland (Wellington), Kirkwood (Stratford), Foley ' (Auckland), Rainbow (Hawera) ; treasurer, Mr Donnelly (Wellington).
