COUNCIL.
WELLINGTON, Friday. The Council met at 2.30 p.m. Mr T. Ban- moved for a return showing the number of estates in the colony of unimproved value between £20,000 and £30,000, and every additional iIO.OOO i-.p to £200,000. The Hastings Recreation Reserves Bill was committed, and progress was reported. Tho Council adjourned until 8.30 p.m. for tho Imprest Supply Bill.
